About Tropical Hibiscus Double Pink Peach Blow:
Peach Blow Hibiscus is a very old heirloom cultivar. It is one of the most vigorous, fast growing, and tough landscape hibiscus I've grown. It is suitable for growing in tropical and sub tropical landscapes. It can be grown potted, but requires frequent pruning to contain the size.
Left unpruned, Peach Blow Hibiscus will reach a mature height of 8' or more, but is easy to maintain at lower heights. Frequent pruning is beneficial and helps the plant grower bushier and stronger, and produce new big ruffled pink flowers faster.
The large double flowers are dense, tightly formed and frilly. The color is creamy pastel pink shaded with peach and deep maroon burgundy throat. It is a dependable, prolific repeat bloomer, and among the most cold tolerant of the tropical hibiscus.
Peach Blow Hibiscus lends an air of elegant, soft, romantic charm.
