About Heirloom Rose Belindas Dream Pink:

If you love roses but have never grown them or given up on them because they require so much care, reconsider and try Belinda's Dream.

This old Heirloom Rose is a gorgeous repeat bloomer that is not grafted.  It grows into a lush full bush on its' own roots and exceptionally easy to care for.
Belinda's Dream's stems are long enough for cut flower arrangements and the bloom has a really nice hybrid tea rose shape.  It has the added bonus of being highly fragrant.

The bush will grow to 4'-5' tall left to its own design.  There is very little to find fault with in this rose.     Belinda's Dream is exceptional in that it is tough and resilient across most of the country.    It has the rare distinction of being both cold hardy (to -15 degrees) and heat tolerant, is a full rounded bushy plant that grows on it’s own strong sturdy nematode resistant roots.  The dense blue green foliage is highly disease resistant.
Belinda's Dream is consider to be an Heirloom Rose, but not an antique rose.  It is a cross between ‘Tiffany’ and ‘Jersey Beauty’;  hybridized by Dr. Robert Basye, a Texas A&M Math Professor, and expert rosarian.

Belinda's Dream  was introduced into the market in 1992, and was never patented.

This rose was named after the daughter of a friend of Dr. Basye.   Belinda’s Dream is considered to be one of his best rose achievements.
