Hibiscus Pride of Hankins Double Fuschia Pink has beautiful deep forest green glossy foliage with a dense, tight growth habit. The flowers are double with a slightly ruffled edge and very dense , tight, and often have triple layers of petals, (hence the nick name Carnation ) in a hue of neon fuchsia pink. Long, yellow, pollen covered stamens that are a hallmark of most tropical hibiscus protrude from rich maroon red throats.
Easy to grow and quick to establish, this cultivar is somewhat slower to bloom than some cultivars, and tends to bloom in cycles of heavy flowering rather than continuous bloom.
