The flowers of Rose Queen are small red classic hibiscus flowers and not very exciting on their own. However, they are set off by very unique and interesting foliage that is tri colored green, red and pink and very unique and interesting even when this hibiscus is not blooming.
Hibiscus Tri Colo Variegated Rose Queen is showy and striking in a mass plantings, as a hedge, or as potted plants for the porch, patio or poolside, as an anchor in large mixed garden pots.
Left unpruned, Rose Queen will reach a mature height of about 3', but is easy to maintain at lower heights. Frequent pruning is beneficial and helps the plant grower bushier and stronger and produce more colorful new growth and flowers.
